Restore CityShot Pro

Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with. Pro also follows you when you sign in with Apple on a new iPhone.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › CityShot, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile › Delete account. It removes your data and photos from our servers and ends CityShot’s access to your Apple ID. Deleting the account doesn’t cancel a subscription; cancel it in Settings first.

Report a photo

Open a shared photo in a spot’s gallery and choose Report photo, or block the photographer. A photo reported by several people is hidden right away, and we review every report.
