Terms of use

Using CityShot

CityShot suggests photo spots and walking routes. Light times, weather, crowd levels and walking times are estimates. Follow local rules, stay aware of traffic, closed areas and private property, and do not rely on the app for your safety.

Your account

CityShot uses Sign in with Apple, so your routes, albums, journals and subscription follow you across devices. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Profile.

Photos you share

You keep the rights to your photos. Photos are private unless you choose to share them. When you share one, you let other CityShot users see it in the app, and you confirm you have the right to share it. You can stop sharing at any time.

Community rules

There is no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content or users. Do not share anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, or that shows people who have not agreed to it. You can report any shared photo and block its author. Photos reported by several people are hidden automatically and reviewed; accounts that break these rules are removed.

Subscriptions

CityShot Pro renews automatically through your Apple ID until you cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices, and any trial, are shown before you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Privacy

The Privacy policy explains what CityShot keeps and why.

Apple

These terms are between you and Magnus Mägi (Estonia), not Apple. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple has no obligation to support the app.

Changes

When these terms change, we update the date above and ask you to accept them again before you share photos.

Responsibility

CityShot is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from relying on its estimates or from places you visit. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
